Novi — Police seek help in identifying a woman who attempted to rob a Novi credit union on Tuesday afternoon.
About 5 p.m., the suspect entered the Credit Union Family Service Center at 41690 W. 10 Mile, west of Meadowbrook Road, and handed the teller a note demanding money. No weapon was produced or implied. The transfer of money was not completed and the female fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as being a female, unknown age, between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-6 and about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black and white (or cream) colored, plaid-style waist-length coat with hood, black brim baseball hat, black and white (or cream) colored scarf and blue jeans.
