Detroit — A man wounded in a triple shooting early Thursday on the city’s northwest side remained in critical condition, police said.
Two men were killed and one wounded in a shooting that occurred around 2:45 a.m. Thursday in the 19000 block of Eight Mile near Evergreen.
“We learned that three men, ages 29, 29 and 38, had been taken by private vehicle to a local hospital,” Sgt. Mike Woody said. “Two of the men, ages 29 and 38, were dead on arrival.”
Woody added that the wounded man “told officers he heard shots, felt pain and realized he’d been shot.”
Police were not aware of the circumstances surrounding the shooting, Sgt. Eren Stephens said Thursday evening.
