2011 Metro Detroit public golf course guide

Search by county, number of holes, even the par. If you know the area you're interested in, start by selecting from the 'county' category. But if you want to see all of the Par 72 courses in the area, you could do that too -- just select from the 'par' category.

After you generate a course or a list of courses, a map will appear with icons identifying course locations. You can click on each icon to get more information or, if you want to zero in on a particular course from the list, you can click on 'map it' on the right side of the table and just that course will appear.

For courses that only have 9-hole rates, the prices will not appear in the pop-up window from the map. Full pricing details are below in the chart.

To get additional information, such as the address and whether a cart is required, click on 'details' and a map will appear along with the extra information, including, where provided, the course's website.

Note: Updated on April 7, 2011. Prices do not include cart costs and are for peak season and are subject to change. Some courses charge weekend rates on Friday and some rates may be from 2010 if the course has not reported its newest rates to The Detroit News.
