More than 22,500 Wayne County properties are hitting the auction block for failure to pay taxes for at least the last three years.
You can use this database to search the listings — representing a 57 percent jump in the number auctioned last year — by city, ZIP code, zoning and whether the parcel has a structure or not.
The vast majority of properties for sale are in Detroit. At last fall's auctions, more than 6,500 properties went unsold.
