This whimsical event returns to chase the fictitious trouble-making nain rouge (red dwarf) out of Detroit. The Detroit Party Marching Band is part of the fun, and marchers are invited to wear costumes, masks and make their own chariots. This year, the event kicks off with a 5K run at 11 a.m. Sunday.
