Allen Park — Signs continue to point toward Calvin Johnson being closer to full strength.
After being a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Johnson was back on the practice field Thursday and, significantly, he was running with first team offense during the early skeleton drills – something he wasn’t doing at all last week.
Johnson, who will address the media later today, is fighting through right knee soreness.
Safety Louis Delmas (knee) also practiced Thursday.
Still out were tight end Tony Scheffler (concussion), running back Theo Riddick (concussion) and right tackle Jason Fox (knee). Linebacker Ashlee Palmer (ankle) did not practice.
