Former Michigan State basketball player Maurice Ager has made a successful transition to the music world, confirmed Thursday when he was nominated for a Grammy.
Ager was nominated for Best Rap/Song collaboration for his single, “Far From Home,“ with LP and J Peso. It’s from his album, “Moe Town.“
Ager, 29, was a No. 1 draft pick of the Mavericks. He also played for the Nets and Timberwolves.
