Let's Talk Food (& maybe win a cookbook): Gluten-free baking and more

It’d be nice if I could tell you all about my experiences with gluten-free baking; my friend Bethany suggested an alternative to my Bad Muffins that included goodies like almond flour I’d be interested in seeing whether my toddler and husband would like.

But right now, I’m obsessing on what cookies I’m going to make for Sunday’s Cookie Swap at church, specifically which (if not all!) of the Let’s Talk Food reader suggestions I want to play with — all of which happened to include flour. So when I plopped four (!) bags of baking supplies on the table after shopping Friday morning, any chance I’d get to personal experience with gluten-free goodies in time for this giveaway were obliterated.

Still, I know the industry for this type of allergy-free and vegan-friendly baking is so huge I wanted to squeeze these cookbooks in for the last weeklong, pre-Christmas giveaway (there will be a short one next week; more on that in a second).

SO. Have a gluten-free, paleo- or organic-loving cook on your gift list? Your options are:
