Eminem and his "Monster" collaborator Rihanna are headed out on a short tour this summer, and Detroit is one of the three cities on the docket.
"The Monster Tour" will hit New York, Los Angeles and Detroit this summer, xxlmag.com reported Friday night. Further details, including venue and ticket information, are expected soon.
Eminem and Rihanna's "The Monster," from Em's "The Marshall Mathers LP 2," recently hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart. It was the pair's second No. 1 hit, following "Love the Way You Lie" in 2010.
The August show will mark Eminem's first hometown concert since he played back-to-back nights at Comerica Park in 2010 with Jay Z. Rihanna's last area visit came in March 2013, when she played Joe Louis Arena.
Eminem, whose concert appearances in America over the last several years have been limited to festivals, is currently on tour in Australia.
