Rodriguez added to lawsuit over song rights
Earlier this month, the Hollywood Reporter revealed details of a lawsuit between Michigan company Gomba Music, controlled by Harry Balk, and music executive Clarence Avant of Interior Music Group. Balk alleges that Avant hid the fact that “Searching for Sugarman” star Sixto Rodriguez was the songwriter on his album “Cold Fact” to get around the songwriter agreement the singer had with Gomba. Now, the Hollywood Reporter states that Rodriguez’s name has been added to the suit via third party complaint from Avant. It accuses Rodriguez of claiming he owned the rights to his songs at the time of signing with Interior.

Willis tweeted a photo of herself topless on a city street to Twitter, writing “legal in NYC but not on @Instagram.” She says she’s upset because Instramgram seems to be OK with “violence, drugs and general degradation of women,” but not nonsexual photos of women’s nipples.
