The Pistons are bringing Charles Klask back to their staff.
New Pistons president and coach Stan Van Gundy will make Klask, a Livonia native, part of his staff, a source with knowledge of the situation told The Detroit News on Thursday.
Klask was on Lawrence Frank's staff when Frank coached the Pistons. Klask spent last season with the Brooklyn Nets. He specializes in analytics and also worked with Van Gundy in Orlando.
Van Gundy has already recruited Bob Beyer and former Pistons assistant coach Brendan Malone to his staff.
