Running back Ty Isaac announced earlier this month he was transferring from Southern Cal, and he might end up at Michigan.
Isaac is visiting Illinois on Thursday and will visit Michigan next week, ESPN recruiting analyst Tom VanHaaren wrote on Twitter.

Isaac, 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, played one season at USC, rushing for 236 yards and two touchdowns on 40 carries.
Isaac was a five-star recruit and ranked the No. 7 running back in the nation in the 2012 class by Scout.com. He is from Joliet (Ill.) Catholic.
USC said that Isaac sought a transfer to "return home to be near his family and take care of an ill relative."
Isaac’s home is Joliet, Ill., so if he transferred to Michigan he would not be eligibile to play in 2014 under an NCAA hardship waiver because Ann Arbor and Joliet are more than 100 miles apart.
Michigan was among the many prominent programs that offered Isaac a scholarship before he chose the Trojans.
