Detroit — A man who died after he was shot in the face this week in his east side neighborhood was identified by his mother on Friday, according to the medical examiner’s office. .
Kalupe Miller, 40, was walking at 6:30 p.m. Thursday near his home in the 18500 block of Goulburn when he was shot, according to Officer Jennifer Moreno.
Miller died from multiple gunshot wounds and his death ruled a homicide, said Mary Mazur, of the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office.
