Police seek tips after man steals from 12 Sears registers at Macomb Mall

Roseville Police are looking for a man who entered a retail store and took money from more than 12 registers Friday.

Deputy Donald Chief Glandon of the Roseville Police Department said a man entered Sears at Macomb Mall, using the customer entry door.

He took a dark coat from a display, a duffel bag and a pry bar-type tool to open the registers, stealing an undetermined amount of money. He then left the store the way he came in, wearing the coat and carrying the duffel bag.

Glandon said no vehicle was seen and it is unknown if there were others waiting for the man outside.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (586) 775-2100.
