NFL games will be broadcast in Australia next season, and Lions' running back Reggie Bush is Down Under to promote the international television expansion.
Under the five-year contract, NFL games will air on the Seven network, and Bush made an appearance on the station's "Sunrise" morning show Monday to talk about the league.
According to The Australian, Seven will televise three games each Sunday, though the Sunday night game will air on Mondays, as well as marquee games. Among those games will be the Thanksgiving contests, which helps explain why Bush is helping promote the new deal.
The Australian network will also air several NFL Network programs, and, according to Bush's Instagram, something similar to the NFL RedZone channel.
On his morning show appearance, Bush said this is the first time he's visited Australia, and he and fiancee Lilit Avagyan have been sightseeing in addition to his promotional tour.
