Michigan's Nik Stauskas, MSU's Gary Harris both 8-1 to get picked among top 10

Michiganís Nik Stauskas and Michigan Stateís Gary Harris share 8-1 odds to be selected among the first 10 picks of Thursday nightís NBA draft, according to analysts at MyTopSportsbooks.com.

Rochesterís James Young of Kentucky has 15-1 odds.

MyTopSportsbooks.com also says that Kansasí Andrew Wiggins, with 5-1 odds, is the favorite to go No. 1 to the Cavaliers, with Dukeís Jabari Parker second to the Bucks at 8-1 and Kansasí Joel Embiid third to the Sixers at 12-1.
