Former Tiger Prince Fielder bares it all — not that you can see it all — in the latest issue of ESPN The Magazine.

Fielder, traded to the Rangers this past offseason, shed his clothes for the magazine’s annual Body Issue, which features various athletes sans clothes — artistically done, of course.

And while Fielder, out for the season as he recovers from neck surgery, isn’t model-thin, the pictures reveal a different figure than the hefty hitter Tigers fans might remember. He shed significant weight after the trade, and it shows.

“A lot of people probably think I'm not athletic or don't even try to work out or whatever, but I do,” Fielder told the magazine. “Just because you're big doesn't mean you can't be an athlete. And just because you work out doesn't mean you're going to have a 12-pack. I work out to make sure I can do my job to the best of my ability. Other than that, I'm not going up there trying to be a fitness model.”

Fielder also told the magazine he now has a personal chef and wishes he had paid more attention to nutrition earlier in his career.

“My thing was, especially during the season, I would just lift weights and eat — play for the tie,” Fielder said. “I'd eat a big meal, then do cardio to try to make it even. Instead of eating right and working smart, I was working harder and making myself more tired.”
