Big Ten football championship game tickets on sale Aug. 2

Tickets to the 2014 Big Ten championship game will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, Aug. 2 at noon.

The game, matching the winners of the East and West divisions, will be on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Tickets, priced $50 to $90, can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000. There is an eight-ticket limit per order.

Included in each game ticket is complimentary admission to the Big Ten Fan Fest at the Indiana Convention Center on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 5-6.
