Roseville — Police say two suspects have been charged with aggravated assault after hitting two men with a baseball bat during an altercation at an apartment.

Roseville Deputy Police Chief Donald Glandon said the two suspects are a 60-year-old Rochester Hills man and a 34-year-old Roseville woman.

The two victims are males 18 and 48 years old, both of Roseville. Both are in the hospital and listed in serious condition.

Glandon said there was an altercation Saturday at an apartment in the 16200 block of 12 Mile. After the initial assault the 48-year-old victim was then struck by the suspects’ vehicle when they left the scene.

Police did not release the names of those involved and said they did not know the motive for the assaults.
