2. TCU: Normally an outstanding defensive team, the Horned Frogs have to replace six starters, but they’ll do that knowing they have one of the most explosive offenses in the nation led by quarterback Trevone Boykin (pictured), who threw for 3,901 yards, ran for 707 and accounted for 42 touchdowns in 2014. He’ll have plenty of weapons at his disposal again, including senior receiver Josh Doctson (1,018 receiving yards and 11 TD) and senior running back Aaron Green, who averaged 7.1 yards a carry last season. Last season: 12-1 overall, 8-1 Big 12.
