Syndicated Columnist
Thomas Sowell is a columnist for Creators Syndicate and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. Born in 1930, Sowell is the author of dozens of books, including "Basic Economics: A Citizen's Guide to the Economy." He has a doctorate in economics from the University of Chicago, with degrees from Columbia and Harvard universities.
