Bridge company officials noted while there will be no resistance to the court's orders, the company may further appeal in the future. The Moroun family, however, will not oversee the compliance, stepping aside for a new committee to take over control of the project.

    Bob Bashara’s lawyer said Tuesday he expects charges in the slaying of his client’s wife will be issued soon against Bashara, fearing authorities have struck a plea deal for testimony with an alleged confessed accomplice.
