A Fortune 500 company is headed to the One Woodward building in downtown Detroit.

Bedrock Real Estate Services is set Tuesday to announce a new tenant occupying several floors of the iconic structure.

Details were expected during a 9 a.m. news conference with unidenified company’s president and CEO; Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan; Dan Gilbert, founder and chairman of Quicken Loans and Rock Ventures; and Jim Ketai, managing partner at Bedrock.

According to Bedrock’s website, the 29-story landmark office tower near the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center was designed by Minoru Yamasaki and built in 1962.

It includes an estimated 359,400 square feet of Class A office space and tenants such as Quicken Loans and the Detroit Regional Chamber, Bedrock said.
