Flint — An exhibit exploring the art and evolution of video games is heading to Flint this month.
Organized by the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the traveling exhibit titled “The Art of Video Games” will be at the Flint Institute of Arts from Oct. 25 to Jan. 18. The interactive exhibition explores the 40-year progression of video games as an art form and global phenomenon.
To accompany the exhibition, the museum is organizing public programs including video game tournaments and a Halloween costume party.
