Organizers of the Charivari festival on Belle Isle ended Sunday, but not before thousands attended third annual event.

The free electronic music festival featuring music, food, fine art and fitness began Friday and was touted as the largest group of Detroit-based DJs ever assembled.

It was held near the state park’s William Livingstone Memorial Lighthouse at the state park.

“Charivari Detroit is curated by a team of individuals who love their city, our residents and our music,” said festival producer and co-founder Theresa Hill last week.
