Big Sean will cap a banner year with a homecoming blowout at Joe Louis Arena on Nov. 6, promoters announced Tuesday.

Tickets for Sean’s “Finding Paradise” concert, $19.50, $29.50, $39.50 and $49.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday via LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com and at the Joe Louis Arena box office.

The concert is the Detroit rapper’s third large-scale headlining concert in Detroit, following his shows at the Palace of Auburn Hills in 2012 and at DTE Energy Music Theatre in 2013.

Those previous shows were star-studded affairs, with Common, J. Cole, Pusha T and Kanye West joining him on stage at the Palace and Drake and Nicki Minaj appearing as surprise guests at the DTE show.

Sean performed at Joe Louis Arena in 2014, headlining the Big Show at the Joe on a bill that also included Kendrick Lamar and Trey Songz. Sean also appeared at Joe Louis Arena earlier this year, as a surprise guest during his then-girlfriend Ariana Grande’s concert in March.

Sean’s Joe Louis show has been whispered about for weeks. In July, Sean told an audience of Cass Technical High School students that he would be performing at Joe Louis Arena in the fall, and last month on Twitter, he told a fan he would be playing Detroit on Nov. 6.

Sean spent the summer touring on J. Cole’s tour. Although he was not part of the lineup when the tour hit DTE in July, he wound up making a surprise appearance during Cole’s set.

Big Sean’s third album “Dark Sky Paradise” was released in February and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart, marking his first chart-topper. After 27 weeks of release, the album sits at No. 39 on the most current sales chart.
