Madonna dismisses 'leaked album'

Twitter exploded with news of a possible leaked Madonna album Wednesday, before the singer had even announced the title or debut date of her 2015 release. Madge took to Instagram to dismiss the leak as "unfinished demos stolen long ago." She calls the theft "artistic rape" and says "this is a form of terrorism."

Actor Stephen Collins admits to sexual abuse

"7th Heaven" actor Stephen Collins released a statement to People magazine admitting that he had inappropriate sexual contact with three female minors. Accusations came out in October when Collins' ex-wife, Faye Grant (a former actress and native of St. Clair Shores), released an audio recording of a 2012 therapy session during which Collins admits to the abuse. Collins told People this week, though, that he has "not had an impulse to act out in any such way" in the last 20 years, and that the three victims were abused by him between 1973 and 1994. Collins is scheduled to sit down with with Katie Couric for an interview to air Friday on "20/20" on ABC.

3 Doors Down to play Belle Isle Grand Prix

Organizers for the 2015 Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, May 29-31, announced Wednesday that one of the event highlights will be rock group 3 Doors Down. Known for the hit songs "Kryptonite" and "When I'm Gone," 3 Doors Down will play May 30 on the MotorCity Casino Hotel Stage. Tickets are on sale now at DetroitGP.com or by calling (866) 464-7749.

George Clinton, Bret Michaels and others to play Pistons halftime show

Pistons fans will see some familiar names during halftime the next few months. Friday evening, the Godfather of Funk, George Clinton, will perform during the Pistons vs. Toronto Raptors game. (Clinton is in town to attend a book signing Saturday at the United Sound System Recording Studios in Detroit.) On Dec. 26, the halftime show is the Temptations Review featuring Dennis Edwards, and on Jan. 9 rock group Alien Ant Farm help usher in "'90s Night." American Idol winner Ruben Studdard will perform Jan. 10, which is "Faith and Family Night." Poison rocker Bret Michaels is on deck for Jan. 27. Other halftime concerts are Ray J on Feb. 6, B.o.B. on Feb. 20, Sean Kingston on Feb. 27, Stevie B. on March 8, disco queen Gloria Gaynor on March 21 and songwriter and rapper Iyaz will perform April 10.
