Collins: I'm no perv
Embattled actor Stephen Collins says he's not a pedophile and insists he touched a minor inappropriately on only one occasion, the Associated Press reports. In an interview with Yahoo's Katie Couric, the "7th Heaven" star described himself instead as a victim of "exhibitionist urges" and "big boundary issues." Those issues prompted a physical encounter with an underage girl in 1973. According to Collins, 67, the girl was staying with him and his first wife. After his wife went to bed, he and the unnamed child were watching TV when, "I took her hand and moved it in such a way that she was touching me inappropriately," he said. "I knew something unthinkably wrong had just happened that I couldn't take back." Collins also exposed himself to teenage girls in 1982 and 1994, but assures everyone he's had no such urges since. Collins, under investigation for molestation, but not yet charged, called his actions "terrible, and I regret them deeply," adding, "I'm absolutely not attracted, physically or sexually attracted, to children. I'm just not."
Country king Garth Brooks' Detroit docket just got a whole lot bigger. Already due at Joe Louis Arena for concerts Feb. 27 and 28, the superstar entertainer added four more shows at the Red Wings' home. Brooks, 52, will play Feb. 20 and do two shows Feb. 21, one at 7 p.m. and one at 10:30 p.m. He also announced a 10:30 p.m. concert Feb. 28. Tickets for all six shows are $66, on sale now via Ticketmaster. The shows mark Brooks' first Metro Detroit concerts since he played a run of five dates at the Palace of Auburn Hills in May 1996, and come on the heels of last month's "Man Against Machine," his first studio album in 13 years. By Friday, Metro Detroiters had bought 90,000 tickets.
More Seger, too

A ticket on-sale date will be announced soon, via Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com. Seger and the Silver Bullet Band perform Friday night at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Ghalichi dumps Mann
Lilly Ghalichi, 31 — star of Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset" — has thrown over fiance Dhar Mann, 30 who proposed in March. "He is a great man, and I wish him the best in life," she wrote of the medical-marijuana mogul below an Instagram pic of the pair in happier times. "After being with someone that lied to and cheated on me," Ghalichi added, "it was so nice to be with someone as honest and loving as he was" — not that that seems to have done Mann much good.
