Tracy Morgan says he spoke to God after accident

Comedian Tracy Morgan recently spoke to Complex magazine about his near-death experience during a fatal car accident that killed his friend, James McNair, and made Morgan’s future uncertain. “I went to the other side,” said Morgan, who was in a coma for two weeks following the accident. “This is not something I’m making up. Do you know what God said to me? He said, ‘Your room ain’t ready. I still got something for you to do.’ And here I am, doing an interview with you.” The interviewer had asked him if everything was back to normal, and Morgan replied that he’s never going to be normal after what he went through. “Something’s going to be missing .... after surviving something like that, I’m probably never going to feel normal.” Morgan brings his comeback stand-up tour to Caesars Windsor on Feb. 6.
