Meryl Streep dresses as Donald Trump
Oscar-winning actress Meryl Streep performed as Donald Trump at the annual Shakespeare in the Park Public Theater Gala in New York City’s Central Park on Monday. Dressed in a Trump wig, orange pancake makeup and a suit with a fake belly, Streep appeared alongside her “Mamma Mia!” co-star Christine Baranski, who was dressed as Hillary Clinton. They performed a twist of Cole Porter’s “Brush Up Your Shakespeare.”

Playboy Mansion to be purchased by neighbor
A financier who lives next door to the Playboy Mansion will buy the famed home, the Wall Street Journal reports. Daren Metropoulos bought the adjacent property in 2009 and is in contract to buy the Playboy property, a 1927 home known for having hosted hundreds of parties with celebrities, athletes, models and miscellaneous rich people. It’s unclear how much Metropoulous paid for the mansion, but it was listed for $200 million. Playboy Enterprises bought the estate in 1971 for $1.05 million.
Former actress Theresa Saldana is dead
Actress Theresa Saldana died of an unknown illness Monday, TMZ reports. Saldana, 61, was known for her roles in the Robert DeNiro film “Raging Bull” and on television in the ’90s cop drama “The Commish,” for which she won a Golden Globe nomination. Saldana also was notably stabbed by a deranged fan in the early 1980s, and she helped bring the crime of stalking to the public’s awareness. She starred as herself in a made-for-TV movie about the incident, and she lobbied for an anti-stalking law in 1990. Saldana retired from acting in 2004.
■Amber Rose and Wiz Kahlifa celebrated their amicable divorce Monday at a strip club. She’s getting $1 million (per their pre-nup), plus $14,800 per month for child support. Wiz gets to keep their Pennsylvania home and his 10 cars.
■The latest chapter in the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp divorce and abuse allegation saga is that Heard was arrested for domestic violence herself in 2009. She was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence against her then-girlfriend, Tasya van Ree, after striking her in the arm at an airport. The prosecutor decided to drop the case.
