Scarlett Johansson enters custody battle with ex
Scarlett Johansson filed for divorce Tuesday, ending her two-year marriage to French husband Romain Dauriac. Hal Mayerson, a lawyer for Dauriac, says Johansson’s filing was a “peremptory strike” in their custody fight over their 2-year-old daughter, Rose Dorothy. Mayerson says Dauriac was “shocked” by the filing and had become the “primary parent” due to Johansson’s acting career. “Mr. Dauriac is tired of having to run his life and his child’s life based on Ms. Johansson’s shooting schedule,” Mayerson said. Johansson is asking for custody and to have Rose live with her. Meanwhile, Mayerson says Dauriac wants the child to live with him in France and that Johansson would have “access to her daughter anytime she wants to come to Paris.” In a statement to the Associated Press, the 32-year-old actress said she will “never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage” to respect the privacy of her daughter, who will be old enough to read the news about herself one day. The couple split last summer after two years of marriage. Johansson is scheduled to host “Saturday Night Live” for the fifth time this weekend.
SNL’s Pete Davidson says that he’s ‘happy and sober’

I know I’ve kinda been missing, on social media and on the show,” he said, declaring that he’s now sober. “It wasn’t easy, but I got a great girl, great friends and I consider myself a lucky man. I’ll always be here for you guys, I promise. Remember to never give up hope because sometimes that’s all we got.” Davidson has dated Larry David’s daughter, Cazzie David, since May.
