Macomb Mall in Roseville celebrated its 50th anniversary Wednesday, treating customers to a day-long party featuring food, goody bags, music and commemorative photos. Dorsey Culinary Academy student Stephanie Quammen, left, served up canapes to shopper Anna Ugorowksi. Developers have pumped millions of dollars into the 930,000-square-foot mall built in 1964 off Gratiot, giving its buildings interior and exterior face-lifts. The mall has five new tenants, including the new 50,000-square-foot Dick's Sporting Goods, which officially opened on Wednesday. Coming soon are Shoe Carnival, Ulta Beauty, a Red Olive restaurant, Champs Sports, Lane Bryant and an expanded Bath & Body Works.
