Damage to trees, a car and a roof were reported after back-to-back thunderstorms swept through southeastern Michigan on Tuesday night.

Steve Considine, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service, said damage to a roof and a car were reported in Walled Lake. Trees have also fell in Walled Lake, Dexter and near Gregory in southwest Livingston County.

The weather service issued a severe thunderstorm warning Tuesday for parts of Livingston and Washtenaw counties, which warned of 60 mph winds and torrential rainfall.

No damage reports had been made for a second storm cell that produced another severe thunderstorm warning for Monroe, Washtenaw and Wayne counties
