Auburn Hills police are looking for an armed robber who stole cash from a Little Caesars eatery on Saturday night and who Oakland County investigators believe could be connected to other similar incidents in recent days.

The robbery took place just after 8:15 p.m. at the Little Caesars on the 3200 block of South Boulevard. Police say the suspect approached staff at the cash register, pointed a handgun and demanded money. Store staff complied and the suspect fled in a vehicle.

Police describe the suspect as having a possible tattoo on his right hand. He wore dark clothes, a hood over his head, a dark mask and either brown or tan boots. He carried an automatic weapon.

Auburn Hills police are asking anyone with information on the suspect's identity or whereabouts to call police at (248) 370-9444.

Meanwhile, Crime Stoppers is offering $1,000 for tips on a suspect Oakland County Sheriff's authorities describe as matching the description of the one in the Auburn Hills robbery as well as other similar incidents.

An armed robbery was reported about 10:50 p.m. Saturday at a Subway restaurant on the 200 block of Walton in Pontiac. The suspect, described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9, wearing a black puffy jacket and black mask over his face, fled on foot with about $100, sheriff's officials reported.

About 5:30 p.m. the next day, a worker at Thrifty Flowers on the 200 block of South Telegraph in Pontiac was leaving for a break when she saw a "male come around the corner of the building and produce a black handgun," county authorities said.

She ran back in and locked the door before the man, described as a heavy-set African-American about 30 years old, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, with a scarf covering his face, could get inside.

He also matched the description of a suspect in another armed robbery in Auburn Hills, sheriff's officials said Monday.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Michigan at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
