No doubt, the folks at the digital video recording service TiVo appreciated the name check when Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh conceded he didn't watch Monday's College Football Playoff National Championship game.

When interviewed by ESPN during Tuesday's Kentucky-Vanderbilt basketball game where he was in attendance, Harbaugh said he fell asleep, Foxsports.com reported.

“Well, I heard it was a great game,” said Harbaugh about Clemson's thrilling 35-31 come-from-behind victory over Alabama. "I have it TiVo’d, I fell asleep. But I heard it was an incredible game.”

The Wolverines coach will have to slice four hours, eight minutes out of his hectic schedule. The contest was longest title game since the Bowl Championship Series was introduced in 1998.
