East Lansing – Sterling Heights Parkway Christian used an impressive offensive performance to beat Portland St. Patrick 10-3 in the Division 4 baseball state championship game on Saturday.

Parkway Christian (23-11-1) had 13 hits and five players – Pierce Banks, Andrew Manier, Austin Fuller, Alex Julio and Jacob Bambrick – had two hits each.

Parkway Christian did a lot of its damage in the second inning, scoring five times.

Bambrick had a RBI-single, Julio – who reached on a single – stole home, Banks had an RBI-double and Riley McManus finished the scoring with a two-run double.

Portland St. Patrick finishes 23-8.
