Ford Rouge plant through the years

October 1953: During the late 1920s and early 1930s, the Ford Rouge plant in Dearborn became the largest industrial complex in the world, as well as the most advanced, architecturally and technically. Generations of workers from the Detroit area have been employed at the giant plant.
