Five new restaurants and retailers will be moving in to the 65,000-square-foot mixed-use space at Northville Park Place, according to developer Schostak Brothers & Co.

The development, located at 7 Mile and Haggerty, will include Tom + Chee, a gourmet grilled cheese and tomato soup restaurant; Red Olive, a casual Greek and Mediterranean restaurant; and MOD Pizza, a Seattle-based artisinal pizza chain that the Schostak Brothers company is bringing to Metro Detroit for the first time.

Joining the restaurants will be Sports Clips barbershop and Gazelle Sports, a specialty retailer focused on running fitness and soccer.

With those leases signed, they will join Granite City Food & Brewery, Rusty Bucket, Sherwin-Williams, BurgerFi, Chipotle and Jimmy John’s, which have already reached agreements with the developer.

Northville Park Place is a joint venture between Schostak Brothers and Bloomfield Hills-based REI Investment Group and is scheduled to open in the spring.
