Domino’s Pizza misses 3Q profit forecasts
Ann Arbor — Domino’s Pizza Inc. on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $37.8 million.
The Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company said it had profit of 67 cents per share.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 74 cents per share.
The pizza chain posted revenue of $484.7 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $482.3 million.
Domino’s Pizza shares have risen 15 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 41 percent in the last 12 months.
