Detroit — Redevelopment plans are to be detailed for a 12-story building in Detroit’s Midtown.
Mayor Mike Duggan and members of the Detroit-based Roxbury Group are expected on Friday to discuss “The Plaza” project.
The $22 million redevelopment project will include market-rate apartments, retail, historic restoration and redesigned grounds. The building had been known as the Professional Plaza building.
Midtown has been one of the city’s fastest growing neighborhoods.
