FCA to hold private memorial for Sergio Marchionne

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV will hold a private memorial Thursday for late CEO Sergio Marchionne at the company's headquarters in Auburn Hills.
Details about the service are not being publicly released.
Marchionne, credited with saving both Chrysler and Fiat, died July 25. He was 66. The CEO's public memorial was held last month at a Turin Cathedral near Fiat Chrysler's Italian headquarters.
