STARS AND STRIPES FESTIVAL

at Freedom Hill

This annual free summer event has many components that draw folks from all walks of life. Rock ‘n’ roll fans will enjoy concerts by active rock bands Buckcherry (Friday night), Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots (Saturday night) and Sebastian Bach and Warrant (Sunday night). For little ones, there’s a carnival, petting zoo and other family fun. Everyone can enjoy the Banana Derby, which features monkeys riding dogs. Noon-11 p.m. Thurs.-Sun.
