River Days — the annual riverfront festival leading up to Monday’s fireworks display — includes concerts, food, water-centric activities, boat tours and other family-friendly fun. Nashville artist Clare Dunn stars in a Fourth Friday concert this week at Campus Martius.

The free, outdoor concert series Fourth Fridays kicks off this week with Nashville singer and songwriter Clare Dunn. She headlines a day of programming that starts at 11 a.m. with a farmers market. Future Fourth Friday headliners are American Authors on July 22 and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic on Aug. 26. 800 Woodward, Detroit.

Cynthia Ford’s 1974 wedding is part of “Down the Aisle: 100 Years of Ford Family Weddings.”

This historic exhibit celebrates a century of American weddings through the lens of the Ford family. The collection includes items from the family’s personal collection including video footage, wedding favors, bouquets and a display of 16 gowns.
