The Detroit News has partnered with Detroit Entertainment District Association to present a summer full of programming at downtown Detroit’s Grand Circus Park. The series kicks off Thursday with the Outvisible Theatre Company performing “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare,” a production that runs through all of the Bard’s 37 plays in just 97 minutes.
