‘Love Jones the Musical’ at Fox Theatre

A stage adaptation of the 1997 film, this production is said to be a cross between a concert stage play and a live movie. Rapper MC Lyte is executive producer and stars in the show, along with Marsha Ambrosius, Musiq Soulchild, Chrisette Michele, Raheem DeVaughn and Tevin Campbell. 8 p.m. Sat. $59.50-$89.50. 2211 Woodward, Detroit. Megadeth at Joe Louis Arena
