Dia de Muertos at Detroit Institute of Arts: In celebration of this Mexican holiday that remembers loved ones who have passed on, the DIA will host an exhibit of colorful ofrendas alters, which debuted Friday and runs through Nov. 11. The Detroit Film Theatre will also show the Disney/Pixar film "Coco" at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Ballet Folklorico de Detroit will perform 30 minutes before each screening.
