Station Square Kitchen + Bar, a new upscale-casual restaurant, will open Monday in Troy.

The 240-seat concept will serve “global comfort food” and contemporary American cuisine. Expect burgers, salads, thin-crust pizza and entrees such as lake perch, lamb chops, chicken Parmesan, pasta, plus craft cocktails, beer and wine by the bottle and glass. 

The menu has sides including cheddar hash potatoes, truffle and Parmesan french fries, creamed corn and grilled asparagus. The appetizer list is full of on-trend items: avocado toast, pork belly tostadas and nachos. 

Dine al fresco on a terrace with white tablecloths, which seats around 30. Station Square also has a pavilion and a private dining room for private events. 

This is the former location of Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen, which closed last year. 

Station Square is owned by George Lucaj — he also owns G. Georges in West Bloomfield — plus Agroni Bhardi, Anton Lucaj and Jennifer Lucaj.
