Cellarmen's in Hazel Park will start offering their products in 32 ounce cans to go.

This Saturday, Cellarmen’s, Hazel Park’s first microbrewery, cidery and meadery will start offering 32 ounce “crowler” cans to-go. The cans can be filled with any of their products.

The 12,000-square-foot former lumber yard will host a Kentucky Derby-watching party Saturday starting at noon. Besides the debut of their canning machine, the brewers will also release Derby Pie, their first bourbon barrel stout.

Cellarmen’s, 24310 John R, is open Thursday-Saturday. They usually offer a few variants of mead like French oak wildflower and Moscow miel, a few beers and several ciders, including their outstanding pineapple cider. Flights are available.
