First trailer for Michael Moore's 'Fahrenheit 11/9' released
The first trailer for Michael Moore's upcoming "Fahrenheit 11/9" was released Thursday.
In it, the Oscar-winning Michigan filmmaker teases a film about the current state of America. "Can't take the insanity anymore?" the trailer asks. "This is the movie that will end the madness."
In one scene, Moore pulls up to Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder's home with a truck labeled Flint Water. "Governor Snyder, I've got some Flint water for ya!" Moore says, spraying a hose over the property's gate.
The trailer also shows shots of Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor Emma Gonzalez and New York Democratic congressional candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
It closes with footage of Donald Trump while Moore says in a voiceover, "ladies and gentlemen, the last President of the United States."
"Fahrenheit 11/9" opens in theaters Sept. 21.
