R. Kelly won’t be kicking off the concert season at downtown’s West Riverfront Park after all.

The R&B superstar has postponed his May 29 concert at the waterfront park due to scheduling conflicts, promoters announced Thursday. The concert is expected to be rescheduled as part of Kelly’s fall tour in October or November, according to a statement.

Kelly’s show was the first of several summer shows scheduled for the West Riverfront Park. The kickoff show will now be the Downtown Hoedown June 5-6.

Ticket refunds are available at the point of purchase.
